If we had to pick one product you’ve all been loving this year, it would have to be our cleansing balms! Our Avocado Cleansing Balm has gone viral (and subsequently sold out) many times, and our Peptide Cleansing balm has been getting increasingly more popular since it launched. We know it’s already a firm fave with the team, too.
Whilst both cleansing balms are formulated to suit even the most sensitive skin types, we wanted to dive a little into the difference between the two formulas to help you make the best decision for your skin.
Avocado Cleansing Balm
If you’ve not already seen it on TikTok, our Avocado Cleansing Balm is the QUEEN of makeup removal and skin cleansing. What also makes this balm so special is its blend of 7 nourishing oils. These include avocado, castor, clove, coconut, eucalyptus, jojoba and rosemary oil. There are zero nasties in this formula too, and it is also silicone-free, mineral oil free and contains no synthetic fragrance.
Talking of fragrance, due to the jam-packed goodness of natural oils, our Avocado Cleansing Balm scent can best be described as a ‘relaxing spa’. Imagine yourself on a glorious spa day and you can gauge the aroma of this balm. But like we said, all natural, nothing nasty.
Get to know some of the hero ingredients a little better:
Avocado Oil
Avocado oil is extremely rich in fatty acids and vitamin E which translates to happy nourished skin.
Eucalyptus Oil
Eucalyptus cleanses the epidermis, ridding the pores of harmful impurities that can contribute to breakouts, pigmentation and dull skin.
Clove Leaf Oil
Clove Leaf Oil helps in reducing the sagginess of skin and helps to prevent the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Despite this formula being oil-based, it promises (and is proven) to leave no oily residue on your skin. The solid balm transforms into a silky milk once massaged in, and removes dirt, makeup and environmental pollutants with ease. If you live a busy life, perhaps in the city, or wear makeup regularly, this balm will be your bestie at the end of the day!
Our Avocado Balm is suitable for all skin types, including acne prone skin as well as daily use. However, if you have a known sensitivity to natural oils, our Peptide Cleansing Balm could be a better fit for you.

Peptide Cleansing Balm
So without further ado, meet our Peptide Cleansing Balm.
Similar to our Avocado Balm, the Peptide Balm removes dirt, makeup and impurities in seconds from your skin. The 3-in-1 formula is incredibly gentle, but effective, and can also be used on your eye makeup without causing irritation. Formulated with skin-strengthening peptides, anti-inflammatory shea butter and skin-calming borage oil, this nourishing balm is perfect for all skin types, even sensitive and acne-prone skin.
If you do often find your skin flaring up, or known for sensitivity, you will LOVE this balm. Borage oil is also non-comedogenic meaning it won’t clog or block pores. Win win.
Peptides are a key ingredient in this balm, which help to strengthen the skin barrier, preserve and boost collagen production as well as improve the appearance of fine lines. This makes it a great choice for mature skin too or those wanting to strengthen and improve the overall happiness of their skin.
Our Peptide Balm is also what we call a 3-in-1 balm. Meaning that the more solid balm you scoop out transforms into a milk texture when massaged, and finally into a nourishing oil. Once you’ve massaged at the oil stage, it’s time to gently wipe your face with a damp cloth to reveal cleansed, plump and nourished skin.
Note: our Peptide Cleansing Balm is also silicone-free, mineral oil free and contains no synthetic fragrance.
