Shipping policy

 

OUR DELIVERY CHARGES & POLICY

We deliver within the UK and selected EU destinations. All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse using tracked services. 

All orders shipped to Europe which are below EUR 150 are inclusive of duties and tax. If the order exceeds this amount, duties may apply and paid at checkout.

  • Processing & Shipping: 
    • Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays.
    • We aim to fulfil orders within 1 business day. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day*.
    • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or during the weekend, will be processed the following Monday*.
    • Once processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

* Please note during busier periods processing might take up to 3 business days. 

  • Shipping timeframes within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland and British Forces):
    Please allow the following estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:
    • Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days, including Saturdays**
    • Expedited Delivery: next working day, including Saturdays**
