Delivery Charges
We deliver within the UK and selected EU destinations. All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse using tracked services.
All orders shipped to Europe which are below EUR 150 are inclusive of duties and tax. If the order exceeds this amount, duties may apply and paid at checkout.
- Processing & Shipping :
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays.
- We aim to fulfil orders within 1 business day. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day*.
- Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or during the weekend, will be processed the following Monday*.
- Once processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Returns
We happily accept returns, but please note that due to hygienic reasons, only unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of your order being delivered. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 14 days of notifying us of a return– this is irrespective of your chosen payment method.
Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
- Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. Kindly note, we are unable to offer a refund on items that are not re-saleable.
- If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund can be processed.
- Please note that you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
- Unfortunately, if you return an opened or used product to us, we are unable to issue a refund or reship the item to you.
How do I return an item?
In order to return an item, please send us an email at hello@thebeautycrop.com stating your order number, full name, shipping address and reason for return. Once we receive your request we will confirm you can return the item and the address to return the items to. We aim to complete all return requests within 5 working days.
Please return any unopened products in all the original packaging and include a note inside the package with your order number, full name and shipping address so our Returns Team can identify your return. Please be advised that customers are responsible for return delivery charges and we recommend sending the item via a tracked service - we will need a copy of the proof of postage tracking receipt too.
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, please contact us at hello@thebeautycrop.com within 14 days of your order being delivered. In order to advise further, we require your order number, a photo of the damage, inside packaging, outer packaging, shipping label and a photo/video of the damaged/faulty product.
What if I bought the wrong shade of foundation or concealer?

Refunds
We will refund the price paid by you for the returned item within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned items, provided that you have returned the items to us at the Returns address provided by our Customer Service Team when contacting hello@thebeautycrop.com. Apply generously to face, neck (we recommend 3 finger lengths for your face and neck), after moisturiser and before makeup application. Apply all over body or mix with Glow Milk Bronzed for ultimate glow. Blend into skin with clean fingertips. Apply sun protection generously, 15 to 30 minutes before sun exposure. Any less, radically reduces the protection effect. Even sun protection with high SPF does not grant full protection. Avoid midday sun. Reapply product every 2 hours or after extensive sweating, swimming or towel drying. Keep product out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.
